We would like to bring to your attention that President's Mailbox for collecting opinions and comments has already been put into service. The mailbox will be managed and checked daily. Each and every BNBUer is welcome to send suggestions and recommendations to this mailbox. All your input will be considered carefully. In order to ensure that this Mailbox serves the purpose it is intended to perform, please adhere to the following guidelines:  

1.Please provide a full account of the matter you wish to raise, giving specific details such as its nature, time and location. Please ensure that the content of your letter objectively reflects the whole truth and that it is in full compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.

2.You are required to give your real name and contact information. In principle, anonymous letters will not be accepted, processed or responded to.

3.If your letter has already been acknowledged or responded to, please refrain from submitting a follow-up or similar letter on the same issue.
